DAY 100! Already?!

Helllloooo sunshine!
I cannot believe I've lived in Missoula 100 days now! But at the same time, day 1 seems like such a long time ago. Lets see...what have I learned so far?
1. The bus system. So not having a car is ok when almost everything is walking distance...almost.
2. It doesn't matter how many people told me that the high school- college transition is hard as far as classes go that was just something i needed to learn myself. It's simply just different.
3. How the meal plan works. So every week you start with like $68 and if you don't use it by saturday you lose it and it goes to the football team. And the country store (only place to use food money for groceries...overpriced groceries) is only open through friday.
4. How to be a decent Jimmy Johns employee.
5. Being shy is easy, comfortable and pretty much just part of my personality. But it's not a lot of fun.
6. It seems to me that "home" has less to do with the actual place, and more to do with who you find there.
7. Missoula was an excellent choice for me. Balance is central to me and I've found it here :)
8. It's critical to eat a good dinner...especially on friday and saturday nights.
9. Good news: The freshman 15 is completely avoidable!
10. Soooo so so much more.

More than anything though, I've learned that I still have so much to learn. 265 more days!

DAY 99: Last work shift!

(well until after break) These lights and the snow made a pretty pleasant walk home.

DAY 98: Home sweet Craig Hall

Even if the sidewalks are scary and icy getting there, this is home.

DAY 97: Skiing yet?

Having my skis and everything all ready to go in my room makes it really hard to study...

DAY 96: white white white

I love when the trees get like this.

DAY 95: snowman!!

Not just any snowman, but a snowman in the middle of the oval with a champagne bottle...haha oh college.

DAY 94: awwww

Kaden and Amos...adorable.

DAY 93: No surprise

"Wheres my dad?" "Sleeping" "Of course..."

DAY 92: Family is love.

So we lost. And it was freezing freezing cold, so I didn't stay for the whole game. But nevertheless it was snowing and that made me happy.

DAY 86: Icy icy icyyy

there should be a rule: When there are icicles, don't be riding bicycles. It was quite the adventure riding to work in this weather.

DAY 80: snowww!!

So there we were on 6th street before the Griz game and it started snowing! Just a little...barely. But I was beyond excited!

I hate it when it's cold but not snowy...not ok.

DAY 78: Pandora!

Pandora radio and my collapsible cup... :)

DAY 77: Work, study study, bedddd.

I love love love this blanket, sooo cozy.

DAY 76: Best gifts everrr

As far as Christmas presents go this  year, I should only have to make 1 stop!

DAY 75: flowers/lights

When i get a house, I will decorate with items like this from Rockin Rudy's.

DAY 74: Antlers?

At some point when saturday night turns into early early sunday morning...
